Refunds & Returns Policy
At Brooled, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, this policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.
1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.

Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
2. Returning Your Item
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare or cosmetic products, unless they are faulty or damaged
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
Refunds will be processed within 14 days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Original delivery charges will be refunded (excluding any enhanced delivery options)
4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos if possible
We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage where applicable.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
Opened skincare, body care, or cosmetic products
Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
This does not affect your statutory rights.
6. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
