ABOUT ME
Mark Pammesberger – Weleda Well-Being Advisor
Welcome. I am glad you are here.
My name is Mark Pammesberger, and behind every product you see in my Weleda store is not simply a transaction, but a relationship, a conversation, and a shared interest in supporting health, balance, and well-being in a deeply human way.
I grew up in Vienna, Austria, a city shaped by music, philosophy, medicine, and art. From an early age, Anthroposophywas part of my everyday life. Not as an abstract idea, but as a living approach to understanding the human being in relationship to nature, rhythm, and purpose.
This early foundation continues to guide how I understand health today: not as something to be fixed in isolation, but as something to be nurtured, accompanied, and respected.
A PATH SHAPED BY LEARNING AND EXPERIENCE
My formal studies took me to Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, where I gained a broader international perspective and a deep appreciation for cultural exchange, language, and the meeting of different worldviews.
Living and studying abroad reinforced a truth that has stayed with me ever since: the human search for meaning, health, and balance is universal.
My path then led me to train as a Eurythmist, first at the London College of Eurythmy, and later at the Eurythmy School in Vienna.
Eurythmy is often described as visible speech and visible music, but for me it is a discipline that refines perception and deepens attentiveness. Through this training, I learned to listen not only with my ears, but with my whole being.
These skills continue to inform my work today, especially in recognising subtle imbalances and supporting people before concerns become more deeply rooted.
A COMMITMENT TO ANTHROPOSOPHY
I am a First Class Member of the Goetheanum, reflecting a lifelong commitment to the study and practice of Anthroposophy.
This path is not static. It requires ongoing learning, self-reflection, and responsibility. It reminds me that integrity in this field comes from continued inner work as much as from professional knowledge.
WHY WELEDA
My connection with Weleda feels natural.
Weleda’s products are created from the same understanding of the human being that has shaped my life: an understanding that sees body, soul, and spirit as inseparable, and nature as a partner rather than something to be exploited.
As a Weleda Well-Being Advisor, I am trained not only in the products themselves, but also in the principles of anthroposophic medicine, plant knowledge, and rhythms of health.
This means I do not simply recommend products. I take time to understand the individual behind the question.
PERSONAL ADVICE, NOT GENERIC ANSWERS
The people I work with are not ordinary customers to me. Each person brings their own story, sensitivities, and intentions.
Many of the Weleda products I offer are stocked at my home office in Whitley Bay, allowing clients to make personal appointments to visit, explore products, and receive tailored advice in a calm and unhurried setting.
For those who live further away, I also offer FaceTime and phone consultations. Distance does not need to be a barrier to meaningful support.
In every consultation, I aim to explain not only what a product does, but why it is made the way it is and how it can be integrated into daily life.
A LIVING RELATIONSHIP WITH HEALTH
Health is not static. It moves, adapts, and responds to seasons, life stages, stress, joy, and rest.
For this reason, I avoid one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I begin with a simple question:
What does this person need now?
The anthroposophic approach encourages us to work with the body’s intelligence rather than against it. Weleda products are designed to support this process, and my role is to help you use them wisely and appropriately.
BEYOND PRODUCTS
While this store offers physical products, my hope is that it also offers orientation and trust.
A place where questions are welcome.
A place where care is taken seriously.
A place where guidance is thoughtful and personal.
My background allows me to bridge the practical and the philosophical, the modern and the traditional. I see this as a responsibility and a service.
AN INVITATION
Whether you are new to Weleda or have worked with these products for many years, you are warmly welcome here.
You are invited to explore the store, book a consultation, or simply begin a conversation.
Health is not something we purchase.
It is something we cultivate, together, over time.
Warm regards,
Mark Pammesberger
