1. Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is BROOLED Ltd, trading through weleda.brooled.co.uk.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Weleda AG or any third-party brand owner unless expressly stated.

2. Promotion name

This promotion is called “Win Back Your Shopping”.

3. Promotion period

The promotion runs monthly.

Each monthly prize draw includes eligible orders placed on weleda.brooled.co.uk from 00:00 on the first calendar day of the month until 23:59 on the last calendar day of the same month, unless stated otherwise.

4. Eligibility

This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

Employees, contractors, agents, suppliers, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion may not enter.

Only one household may enter per month. If multiple people from the same household are registered or place orders during the same month, only one person from that household will be eligible for entry into that month’s draw.

The promoter reserves the right to request reasonable evidence of eligibility, identity, address, and household status.

5. How to enter

Customers are automatically entered into the monthly prize draw when they place an eligible order on weleda.brooled.co.uk during the relevant month.

Every eligible order placed during the month counts.

For example, if a customer places one eligible order, that order is entered into the draw. If a customer places ten eligible orders during the same month, all ten eligible orders count towards that customer’s monthly entry.

6. Eligible orders

An eligible order must be:

  • placed through weleda.brooled.co.uk during the relevant monthly promotion period;
  • paid for successfully;
  • not cancelled, refunded, returned, fraudulent, or subject to chargeback;
  • linked to a valid customer name, email address, and delivery address.

Orders that are cancelled, refunded, returned, unpaid, suspected to be fraudulent, or otherwise invalid may be excluded from the draw.

7. Prize

There will be one winning household per monthly draw.

The winner will receive back the value of their eligible shopping for that month.

If the winner placed multiple eligible orders during the month, the prize will equal the total value of all their eligible completed orders for that month.

For example, if the winner placed ten eligible orders during the month, the winner may receive back the value of all ten eligible orders, provided those orders meet these Terms & Conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, the prize is calculated based on the final amount paid for eligible products after discounts, vouchers, refunds, returns, or cancellations. Delivery charges, gift cards, account credit, and any non-product charges may be excluded at the promoter’s discretion.

8. Prize payment

The prize may be awarded as one of the following, at the promoter’s discretion:

  • a refund to the original payment method;
  • store credit;
  • a voucher for use on weleda.brooled.co.uk;
  • another equivalent method agreed with the winner.

No additional compensation, interest, or alternative prize will be provided.

9. Draw date and winner selection

The monthly draw will take place at midnight on the last working day of the month.

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible monthly entries.

A working day means Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays in England and Wales.

The promoter’s decision is final.

10. Winner notification

The winner will be contacted using the email address or contact details provided with their eligible order.

The promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, or if the winner is found to be ineligible, the promoter reserves the right to select another winner from the remaining eligible entries.

11. One household rule

Only one person per household may enter each monthly draw.

If multiple accounts, names, email addresses, or customer profiles appear to relate to the same household, the promoter may combine, restrict, or remove entries to ensure that only one household is entered.

The promoter may disqualify entries that appear to be created to bypass the one-household-per-month rule.

12. Abuse, fraud, and disqualification

The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or order where it reasonably believes there has been abuse, fraud, manipulation, duplicate household entry, false information, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Automated entries, bulk-created accounts, fake customer details, and attempts to manipulate the draw are not permitted.

13. Returns and refunds

If the winner returns any products, cancels any orders, receives a refund, or raises a chargeback before the prize is awarded, the value of those orders may be deducted from the prize.

If a refund, return, or chargeback happens after the prize has been awarded, the promoter reserves the right to recover the relevant prize value or cancel any related store credit or voucher.

14. Publicity

The promoter may publish or make available limited winner information, such as the winner’s surname and county, where required to show that a valid award took place.

Entrants may object to publication or request that the amount of information published is reduced by contacting the promoter.

15. Data protection

Personal data will be used for the purpose of administering the promotion, verifying eligibility, contacting the winner, awarding the prize, and complying with legal or regulatory obligations.

Personal data will be handled in accordance with the shop’s Privacy Policy.

16. Changes and cancellation

The promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, amend, or withdraw the promotion where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.

The promoter will not change the promotion in a way that unfairly disadvantages customers who have already entered.

17. Liability

The promoter is not responsible for entries lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, or not received due to technical issues, website failure, payment issues, customer error, or events outside the promoter’s reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

18. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
