A new customer account experience for the Weleda Store
Our Weleda Store account area has been redesigned from the ground up to make shopping, checking orders, saving favourites and contacting us feel clearer, warmer and more useful.
We are excited to introduce the new BROOLED Weleda Store customer account design. This is more than a fresh coat of paint on the standard WooCommerce account area. It is a custom-built customer portal made especially for our shop, with a clear green design, simple navigation, modern cards, helpful shortcuts and features that make managing your account much easier.
The aim is simple: when you log in, you should immediately know where everything is. Your dashboard should not feel like a technical back office. It should feel like a helpful home for your Weleda shopping account, with your latest order, saved addresses, wishlist, support links and account details all organised in one place. That is exactly what this new design is intended to do.
The new layout brings together Dashboard, Orders, Addresses, Wishlist, Rewards / Loyalty Draw, Account Details, Payment Methods, Downloads, FAQ and Support / Contact Store into one consistent customer area. Each section has been styled to feel part of the same experience, so you are not jumping between plain default pages and custom pages. Whether you want to check a past order, update your delivery details, send us a message or save products for later, the account area now has a smoother path for it.

A better dashboard when you log in
The dashboard is the first place most customers land after signing in, so it needed to do more than just show a few basic account links. The new dashboard has been designed as a proper customer home screen. It welcomes you back, gives you a short explanation of what you can manage, and then presents the most important account actions in a clean card layout.
At a glance, you can see recent order activity, completed or processing orders, recent spend information and the number of saved wishlist items. There is also a latest order card, so you can jump straight into the most recent order without hunting through the full order history. For customers who return to the shop regularly, this makes the whole experience quicker and more reassuring.
The dashboard also highlights useful areas such as Wishlist, Addresses and FAQ. These are not hidden away at the bottom of the page. They are shown as simple cards with clear buttons, so the next step is obvious. Need to check where your next parcel will be delivered? Open Addresses. Want to come back to favourite Weleda products later? Open Wishlist. Need a quick answer about orders, delivery, payments or support? Open FAQ.
Orders are clearer, and exports are now available
The Orders section has also been improved. You can still view your orders online, but the new design presents the information in a cleaner table with obvious action buttons. Order number, date, status, total and actions are grouped together so you can quickly understand what happened with each order.
One of the most useful new features is order export. Customers can now download order history as a PDF or Excel file. This is especially helpful if you like keeping personal purchase records, need a copy for budgeting, want to check previous product purchases, or simply prefer having your order information saved outside the website. You can also export an individual order where available, or view the order online as usual.
The goal is to give you more control over your own information. Instead of being limited to viewing order history only on the website, you can take a copy in a format that works for you. PDF is ideal for a tidy, printable record. Excel is ideal if you prefer sorting, filtering or keeping a longer personal spreadsheet of purchases.
Addresses are easier to review before ordering
The new Addresses area turns billing and shipping details into clear cards. Billing address and shipping address are separated, labelled and easy to scan. This matters because address mistakes are one of the most frustrating parts of online shopping. A small typo, an old flat number, or a delivery address that has not been updated can create avoidable delays.
With the redesigned address cards, you can quickly check your saved information before your next order. The billing address is shown as payment and invoice details, while the shipping address clearly identifies where your Weleda order is delivered. Each card has an Edit address button, so updating details feels direct rather than hidden inside a plain form.
This is a small change that should make a big difference. Customers can feel more confident before checking out, and the store can provide better service when delivery information is correct and easy to manage.
A proper wishlist for favourite products and gift ideas
The Wishlist section is one of the biggest upgrades. The new wishlist is not just a simple list of saved products. It has been designed to be gift-ready and customer-friendly, with named lists and sharing options built in.
You can create a new wishlist and give it a name, such as “Birthday favourites”, “Christmas ideas”, “Skincare restock”, “Products to try next” or anything else that suits you. Leaving the name blank can also create a standard list, so you do not have to think of a title if you just want to save something quickly.
Each wishlist can have a personal share link. That means you can copy your unique link and send it to someone else when you want to share gift ideas or favourite products. Sharing is also built into the page, with options for Facebook, X, WhatsApp and email. It is designed to make it easier to tell someone what you would genuinely like, without sending a messy list of product names manually.
For regular shoppers, the wishlist is also useful as a personal reminder. You can save favourite Weleda products ready for your next basket, come back later, and build your order when the time is right. It is a simple way to avoid losing products you spotted while browsing.
Rewards and Loyalty Draw area prepared for the future
The account menu now includes Rewards / Loyalty Draw. This section is ready for the BROOLED Monthly Loyalty Draw integration, which will make the customer area the natural home for monthly reward information. The section has been designed so it can show draw entry status, previous participation and winner history once connected.
Rather than adding rewards as a disconnected page later, the new account design already gives it a proper place in the customer journey. That means customers will know where to look when loyalty information becomes available. It also keeps the experience consistent with the rest of the account area, using the same design language, icons and card-based layout.
Account details, password and payment methods feel more modern
The Account Details page has been redesigned to make profile updates feel more approachable. Your name, display name and email address are grouped into a profile card, while password fields are separated into their own password card. This makes the form easier to understand because changing your profile and changing your password are related, but not exactly the same task.
The password area also makes it clear that you can leave the fields blank when you do not want to change your password. This reduces confusion and helps customers avoid unnecessary changes. The overall design is cleaner, more spacious and more in keeping with the Weleda Store style.
Payment Methods remains part of the same navigation, so saved payment options are not isolated from the rest of your account. When payment methods are available through the shop system, they can be managed from the same customer portal rather than feeling like a separate technical page.
FAQ and contact form now sit inside the account experience
Support should be easy to find. That is why the new design includes both FAQ and Support / Contact Store directly in the account menu. If you need a quick answer, the FAQ area is available from the dashboard and the side menu. It is there for common questions about ordering, delivery, payments, returns and store support.
For questions that need a personal reply, the Support / Contact Store section now includes a contact form inside the customer account area. Customers can send a message to the BROOLED Weleda Store support team without needing to search around the website for a separate contact page. The form includes space for name, email, phone and message, making it easy to explain what you need help with.
This is an important customer service improvement. When customers are already logged in and thinking about an order, an address, a wishlist or an account question, the contact option is right there. The experience should feel less like being sent away and more like being supported from inside your own account.
Designed to feel nicer, not just look different
The new account design uses a deep green visual style, rounded cards, soft backgrounds and clear buttons. That is deliberate. We wanted the customer area to feel calmer, friendlier and more polished than the standard account screen. A shop account page should not feel like an afterthought. It should feel like part of the store.
The left-side navigation keeps the main sections visible: Dashboard, Orders, Addresses, Wishlist, FAQ, Account Details, Payment Methods, Downloads, Rewards / Loyalty Draw, Support / Contact Store and Logout. Each item has an icon, making the menu easier to scan. The main content area then changes depending on the section you open, but the overall structure stays familiar.
This consistency is what makes the new account area easier to use. Once you understand the dashboard, the other sections feel familiar. Buttons are styled consistently. Cards behave consistently. Headings and descriptions explain what each page is for. It is a smoother experience for customers and a better match for the care we want to give through the shop.
Custom-built for BROOLED and our Weleda Store customers
This design was custom built for BROOLED and the Weleda Store. It is not a generic account template dropped into the website without thought. It was made to improve the actual customer journey: checking orders, managing details, saving favourites, contacting the store and preparing for rewards.
For us, customer service is not only about replying to messages. It is also about giving customers tools that make everyday shopping easier. A clear account dashboard, downloadable order records, saved addresses, a shareable wishlist and a contact form all help reduce friction. They also give customers more confidence because the information they need is organised and accessible.
